The Development Plan describes the general approach of developing the Hebron field and includes information and supporting documentation relating to the scope, purpose, location, timing and nature of the proposed development.
The Hebron Project Development Application was submitted to the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board on April 15, 2011.
